Looking foward to hopefully some silky passing football and also revenge for the defeat we suffered from dunfermline at parkhead. No Naka? Any news on that one? I feel with keane playing he will make sure everyone is up for it and everyone performs today. 3-0 celtic, Majic (2) and Hartson.

In my opinion though, wee Shaun has the potential to be better than Naka because of his defensive qualities.

Tony Hamilton said at the top of the C67 program that Naka was not on the bench. He is listed though on the sub line-up. Why can't the club get their act together and give the C67 guys accurate info before it is released elsewhere?

Comfortable start by Celtic with midfield dominating.
Clear penalty denied with Petrov fouled inside the box.
He's getting forward quickly and the midfield four seem to be interchanging with the exception of Maloney who is staying on the left.
Having said all that a howler by Boruc at a corner has led to a simple equaliser.

I complained last week about the style of our play in recent weeks. No complaints this week - this is us getting back to holding the ball, controlling the game, giving our forwards great service. Boruc's mistake aside, this has been a flawless display. To be fair to Boruc he has been commanding since losing the goal.
From the back, Wilson, Mick and Balde look very solid. Telfer is seeing a lot of the ball but his concentration and distribution has not been good.
All the midfield playing well, especially Petrov. Maloney is having a quiet but effective game.
Keane and Lennon strolling through this.
BBJ and Magic outstanding up front. Magic's two finishes have been WORLD class. Hopefully he will go on to claim his hat-trick.

Just to echo earlier comments. Zurawski's finishing is indeed world class. First one left foot, second right. A header to complete the hat trick ?

magic's running is the reason we're 3 goals ahead.
intelligent and also quite clinical. bbj's playing ok but i really wish he was a bit quicker. he's a great finisher but to have 2 strikers that can make those runs would be something!
i don't think we've played that well but our finishing has been excellent.
all that without a stonewaller penalty!
would like to see a bit more movement in the middle. keep it tight for 10-15 mins and then make a change or two.

When was the last time we had someone who can finish as well as Zurawski! Magic!
Poor mistake by Boruc but he's allowed one.
Petrov's taking some beating - although I'd say it's between him and Magic for MOM I'd give him a rest.
Telfer looks like he's playing with the cold. (that way where you lose concentration and over/under hit simple passes)

I HOPE that Celtic come out in the second half looking to score a borrowload. It's been a good while since we have scored a "few" in a match and it would sen out signals to the likes of Hearts that they should just concentrate in finishing ahead of RFC.
In the past Celtic teams would take the foot off the pedal - but today why should we ?
Also we could make 2 or 3 subs, giving the likes of Naka and Dublin a taste of the "Four Seasons" (nuthin' to do with Antonio V. - just the weather in Fife...).

Northy, Ferry is a strong tackling midfield player, described as the engine of the midfield. He's been signed up by Strachan to 2010 and is very highy rated.

Stan is playing like a world class player....... but because of his dangerous movements, he is taking a beating....... maybe now playing with an injury...it is a darn shame.!
I will be surprised if Stan appears in the second half....no need to risk him.

GREAT first half performance, Boruc poor mistake but thats the only downside of an ENTERTAINING and GOOD performance!
Magic finishing is tremedous, Petrov has been great, Lenno & Keano solid, BBJ puttin in a good show again. Wilson in with a shout of m.o.m too.
