I’m struggling to work out the formation…could be 3-5-2 or could be 4-5-1 with Charlie at CB and Twardzik at LB…

Hopefully he will continue this philosophy throughout the season, one bad game does not make a bad player and previous managers didn’t persist with this when they had the chance, I’m happy to take a few knock if the end result is a match fit squad that can be rotated seamlessly. I took that too far :)
Pretty strong bench if it’s not going our way though…

Whether we win or lose today, I am of the opinion that this is the right thing to do and I won`t be on complaining afterwards. Apart from anything else, the players being prepared for Tuesday will gain extra confidence from knowing how important the manager considers them.

mncelt, Strange how we have different perceptions. Twardzik is the one guy I have severe doubts about. He will probably get MOM now. Overall I think Ronny has done the right thing, only surprise is to see McGregor on the bench, I’d have left him at home with his wee Mammy.
Thought Ronny would give our back line more game time prior to Tuesday but if he reckons the CL is the priority who am I to argue
And although 10 changes is dramatic most of the players brought in have a point to prove today
Tbh .. Commons Griffiths and pukki Ambrose mulgrew are all first team players … Zaluska is a very able deputy in goal . So the other 5 should seize this opportunity
Sticking with 3 for us but maybe losing a goal or maybe 2

How many times have I (& others) wished the manager would be bold and experiment.
The last time I remember this being done was against Hearts at Tynecastle when Kenny was in charge after John Barnes had taken a powder.
As I recall it was a huge success though there was nothing at stake in the game as it was end of a league that was long lost.
Give the man credit for trying something out in a game where it doesn’t matter too much if we lose.
Looking forward to the game “for we only know that there’s gonna be a show”
