  1. It’s all well and good asking “where’s Warby?”

But what should we do if we find him? What if he’s gone feral, would it be safe to approach him? If the “magic hat” has indeed broken are the public in any danger?

My advice if you do find Warby is not to approach him yourself but to contact those who have experience in dealing with a Warby, someone like Alan Stubbs should do.

  2. where’s Warby? from twitter

Rumours @MarkWarburton9 he’s a Zombie he wears his Sevco hat , he left the game on Saturday he’s Hiding in his Flat

Got into office today and Lawwell is pishing himself. Turns out @MarkWarburton9 applied for my assistant managers job. #Celtic #Rangers

What a disappointing half hearted article that is in the Herald today by Neil Cameron. A series of quotes bundled together in an all to familiar exercise of subtle distortion of the truth.

The heat is on, they had to print something. Is this really the best the entire Scottish media can muster?

Does anyone have any information on what our club or any club for that matter is doing to challenge the spfl and SFA on the same club lie?

This is the foundation stone of the fraud and cannot be allowed to survive.

  5. This is a Public Safety Announcement…..

It has come to the attention of the relevant authorities that a Mr Mark Warburton

is a fugitive from Footballing justice and has been, today, deemed a “flight risk” from scoddland.

If seen, members of the public are advised not to approach him, and certainly NOT engage him in any questions around matters of a “footballing nature”.

    Have you seen him?

    Do NOT approach him.

Call us immediately on Edmiston 1690.

Mr Warburton has no real distinguishing features save a damaged and somewhat incongruous cheap velour “Warlock’s Hat” and a facial expression – some describe as “glaikt”.

Warburton – aka “Magic Mark”, ” The Hat” or simply “Mark”( when broadcasting via BBC Shortie)

should under no circumstances be exposed to any of The Proclaimers back catalogue.

    Ends.

Interesting article. I’ve always found Neil Cameron a decent enough bloke. Disagree with a lot of his twitter stuff and he’s a journalist (pah!) but honourable enough. Generally I can’t understand why any journo goes on twitter incidentally, they get utterly slaughtered regardless.

I don’t know if there’s a follow up to this but the Q&A interestingly focuses on the DOS scheme / wee tax case and this is the nub of Res 12 and not the officials, just an editorial that ‘it wisnae Rangers’. Something’s afoot. Sky, Record, Herald all now mentioned it in the last week. This is the dam cracking, but it’s who gets swept away that I’m most interested in. They are alert to it and the narrative is already being decided.

Morning Bhoys MSM saying Arsenal will offer around 7 million for Tom Rogic would you sell him yes/no. H.H.

  12. Joe Filippis Haircut on 26th May 2016 9:49 am

    At £7m, definitely.

Can’t see how he fits into BR’s preferred 4-3-3 system, although he may not necessarily go with that to begin with.

  13. He isnt worth 7 million and no club would pay that for him.

    At the moment of course.

  14. 7 million for a guy who in reality hasn’t done very much in the game, barely even played a full season, scorer of good goals though:))

    Silly money down South…

  15. Don’t know if this has been posted already but Scotsman Rumour Mill has quotes (from Daily Mail)

allegedly from Sunderland’s Danny Graham, who previously played for Swansea.

Graham told the Daily Mail: “[Brendan] is probably the single biggest influence in my life, probably behind my parents I’d say.

“He’s certainly influenced my work in terms of professionalism and detail and becoming meticulous, and just generally with work ethic.”

Except he didn’t tell the Daily Mall. These quotes seem very familiar. And that’s because I read them yesterday. From an article 2 years ago. By our new assistant manager Chris Davies!

The Mail has the quotes correctly attributed to Davies within an article about Danny Graham but The Scotsman has made a big boob and attributed them to the wrong guy! Lazy journalism indeed.

Q:Given the 15 years or so that you have known Brendan, would you mind sharing how he has influenced how you work?

Chris Davies: Well he’s been a massive influence. First thing to say about Brendan is that he hasn’t changed the values of him as a man from 15 years ago, and he retains them today. I think anyone that meets him sees his charisma and his warmth. He’s a genuinely nice guy who’s got a passion for football and helping people and developing them. He’s influenced my work greatly really.

—-He’s probably the single biggest influence in my life, probably behind my parents I’d say. He’s certainly influenced my work in terms of professionalism and detail and becoming meticulous, and just generally with work ethic I suppose. —-

I certainly think that’s something I’ve always had, but Brendan always reinforces that the hours you put in eventually will reap the rewards. So he’s influenced it in so, so many ways, but definitely in terms of the details you put into your work and professional life.

    ===================================================

Have to admit to an ulterior motive which is ,of course , an Aussie presence in our team.

    Quality must be retained.

    Is Rogic quality ?

    .

    .

    .

    `kin oath.

Does that answer your question ?

  19. Probably another unfounded story re Rogic but if there is any truth in it:

    1. Will Rogic wish to go? If so, he goes

    2. If he wants to stay, does Brendan want him? If not, he goes

    3. He wants to stay and Brendan wants him, tell Arsenal no thanks

If he does go, £7m would be a tidy addition to the transfer kitty.

A £7m offer if true is a ‘ no can lose’ situation for us.

  20. He is a good player and can improve……..but……..7M smackeroos is a lot of dosh for our league. Mibbe aye, mibbe naw.

  21. CultsBhoy - likes Lawwell back in his box on

I’d sell Rogic for £4m… So any stupid bids above that should be grabbed

  22. Interesting article on how to play against the stars of Barcelona and Real Madrid

Under Simeone, Atletico are generally considered a defensive team. The reasons are obvious: they play significantly deeper than the majority of top-class European sides, they boast physical, aggressive players who never stop closing down, and they always boast an outstanding defensive record.

In Europe IMO we have to follow Simeones tactics, under RD in Europe we were a soft touch

aff oot enjoy your day CQN

  24. Good news all around this morning.Charlie is a class act,no matter what some on here think.Rogic ?.I like him,but have we seen enough of him to really judge him?.If Arsenal really do want him, they will want him next season,or someone will.Worth another year I think. If he improves, his price goes up.depends if he wants to stay.Glad to see Brendan shutting up the Broony haters on here as well.Another top manager that rates him.Join the long queue Brendan.

Huns getting it big time from “The Polis”.I wonder who they were “Defending”outside the stadium. All good on the Res 12 front.Sunny and beautiful here.Yep,a good morning.
