Can you believe these Duff and Phelps people? They can’t afford to pay Rangers taxes, or other SPL clubs monies due, but today they tried to increase their payroll today by asking the SPL to register Daniel Cousin. Can you imagine what the out-of-pocket creditors feel about this?
These people are in place to make sure the company trades long enough to repay creditors. They can trade perfectly well with the three dozen or so players they have, what kind of justification could they possibly give to the court for playing Football Manager with other people’s money? No wonder HM Revenue and Customs fought their appointment.
What an absolute shower. It’s almost as though that place is some kind of lightning rod for a special type of competency. It’s not your money you’re spending, pay the club’s bills and stop looking for football bling, that’s what got the last lot into trouble in the first place!

Paul67 – Trying to sign Cousin doesn’t even make sense as “bling”.
He was a mediocre player 5 years ago and now, at the age of 35, he’s fatter, slower, and older than he was in 2007.
He has no resale value and the huns are extremely unlikely to recover their 14 point deficit against Celtic.
They’re still 9 points clear of Motherwell and unlikely to slip into third place.
Given Rangers’ finances, it makes no sense for them to want to hire this guy.
Craig Beattie would score more goals for them, and is younger and cheaper… if only Rangers could outbid Hearts for his services and let the SPL sign him.
Despite that… Here’s what the loyal bears think of the cancellation of Cousin’s transfer (thumbsup)

Some people put their egos before everything. I haven’t seen the clip and I’ve no intention of watching it, so I can’t comment if they fall into that category, but at a guess…. :)
Was talking to some of your more balanced rangers fans this morning. Although (shockingly!!! ) they admit that they are to blame for their own mess appraently this is a national catastrophy and that’s why they should be saved!!!
