  1. Kicked out the house at half 3 so the larger could get the pre hen night cocktails started. Allowed back at 5.15 when they will depart leaving me to tidy up. Then peace at half 5 to watch the Bhoys get crowned Champions of Britain.

Looks like a later kick off (or we all have it on delay).

Who’s the huge unit captaining Celtic?

  6. Usual arrogant English wanker commentating on youth game.

He obviously was on holiday during Euro’s

  7. Currently watching the young hoops game which has just kicked off.

English commentator – no idea who he is – complete and utter fanny!

    HH!!

  8. From official site

BRENDAN Rodgers has named an attacking line-up for today’s clash of the champions in Paradise against Leicester City.

The manager has persevered with the 3-5-2 formation that he employed in the 3-0 win over Lincoln Red Imps on Wednesday night, a result that secured Celtic’s passage to the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round.

There are, however, three changes from that starting XI, with Saidy Janko, Eoghan O’Connell and Emilio Izaguirre coming into the side at the expense of Erik Sviatchenko, Kieran Tierney and James Forrest, who is named among the substitutes.

The Hoops’ International Champions Cup match against Leicester City will kick off at 5.30pm, and the club’s official Twitter account: @celticfc will have all the pre-match build-up and in-game updates as Brendan Rodgers’ side target a positive performance ahead of next week’s crucial European tie in Kazakhstan.

CELTIC (3-5-2) Gordon; Janko, Lustig, O’Connell; Roberts, McGregor, Brown, Armstrong, Izaguirre; Griffiths, Dembele.

Subs: Fasan, Ciftci, Christie, Rogic, Allan, Fisher, Forrest, Henderson, Ambrose, Hazard,

  9. Celtic youths playing well.

The more composed team, looking to pass the ball whereas Everton are much more direct.

Commentator banging on about a great pitch, but to me the grass needs a cut, ball is holding up.

Radio Scotland, guy mentions Kolo Toure signing today as Kolo at Celtic Park then says “not sure if he is staying for the game” :-) their pain cannot be hidden, earlier on, again, “not sure if Celtic fans will be happy with Toure signing he is 35 and prone to defensive errors” the guy played a major role with Liverpool last season in EPL and Europa league run to the FINAL…..

Fair and balanced reporting ……. If nothing else it should surely make you smile

As for Peter Lawell…….any bad signing its big bad Peter, anything positive PL isn’t involved

For the record Mr Lawell still lets the fans down and should be more vocal in support of Celtic as a whole, but surely the nit-pickers canny just choose when he is too blame

Anyway, another wee fitness exercise and no injuries will do me this evening

  11. It’s like the gate house for Hades here today.

But it looks a wee bit overcast at CP

Craig Burley commenting on ESPN. Might need to mute.

It looks like ESPN will be on delay.

  12. Going with 352 so pretty safe to assume that’s what we’ll play in midweek, which is sensible
