Good win today with the added bonus of a clean sheet.
Not our best performance but we were much improved in the second half. Gary Mackay-Steven was looking more confident today .
Ross County’s physical approach today worked for a while as I assume they knew the ref would be , shall we say, tolerant of this.
It would be great if we could turn our breakaways into goals. Unfortunately we play the wrong pass or hold onto the ball longer than necessary.n
Delaney’s , I hope Marcus has not dislocated his shoulder , he looked in a lot of pain. His coming together with Stuart looked quite innocuous at the time.

We beat Ross County. Doesn’t change the fact that we have a very mediocre side and that a dangerous descent into further mediocrity beckons.
Uninspiring days.

At the jolly DrumP today. Very handy for Shuggy Jr, who is a golfer, and me, who is not. Had a Jocky Wilson round today….180 ! How come your coupon is always up .? I watched WBA midweek. Pesh. Bet against them today and they beat Everton away. Very impressed by Peterborough midweek. Bet them today……humped 4 zilch at home. Taken a bit time time to post this, due to altering predictive text. The man who invented it has flaked it. His fun day is on Monkey !

Cambhoy, i can’t remember if it was in the etims rumour mill or diary, Tim Willamson has been replaced by a husband and wife team who have been brought in. The article said that some of our squad are a bit unhappy with their appointment .
I only noticed last week , the physio is now a woman.

Aiden, surely our entire strategy has to be reviewed? Without Griff we are Donald Ducked. That is scandalous.
My only positives are Tierney, Griff and Biton.
The rest of the squad is packed with duds. Life is too short to watch them. These days, I read a book instead.

Cowiebhoy, I did too but Clancy was never going to give it going by today’s and previous performances when he has reffed us.
I also thought he wasn’t going to book Gardyne when he caught Nir on the shin as he took what felt like ages to speak and card him.
I hope Marcus is not badly injured . He has suffered a cruciate injury before and would be another blow to him if his shoulder is dislocated.

My mother spoke about a few teachers a history teacher (yourself) an English teacher, and a woodwork teacher who along with an Art teacher Jungle Boy she thought were they best, by the way when the belt stopped I tried to be a wideo and was cheeky to Mr McLeod and he sent me outside as it wasn’t a class, in the open art area he walked out and punched me…… I went home and told my mum and dad, their words, you must have deserved it ……. They were so right
On the phone to my sister. She is up the hospital with Marcus. His shoulder has popped out and wìll not pop back in. Very sore.

Good 3 points today .
Not the best display by any means but when its a tight race for the tile , a win is a must .
Boyatta and johansen were best players for me today .
Well done to leigh Grifiths for another goal to add to his 50 .
Special praise today for stefan johansen , gary armstrong , and gary mackay steven

Tierney had been a great find. I have high hopes for him. I wonder are there any other young gems who can’t break through because we won’t give them game time. K.T. was selected because we only had one left back and he was injured/ badly out of form. Imagine if you’re a midfielder in the youth team there must be about 11 senior players in front of you for selection. R.D. was almost forced to play K.T because of circumstances. K.T. has brilliantly taken his opportunity. Are there any others out there who can make the break through. There is a fair chance, in most cases, we will never find out as they won’t be given game time.

Jimmynotpaul, Pollok beat Bonnyrigg, 5 nil, in an away Junior cup tie. I checked the Pollok twitter age earlier and it was reported as Pollok’s best performance of the season. Bonnyrigg are top of the eastern junior premier league.
Pollok have been on a good run, they beat Talbot one nil two weeks ago and Shettleston by the same score last week. They are top of the west premier league with Talbot having about four games on hand on them.
They have re signed one of our ex youth players, Carlo Monti, who is a good finisher .
Robbie Winters still plays for Pollok even though he’s over 40.

A much needed 3 points acquired today. The 2nd half was better with a higher tempo and a good goal from Boyata who seems to be growing more confident.
There is certainly more lack of patience within the punters attending the match.
Booing any Celtic player is pointless but listening to conversations today ,the most apparent frustration is the rigid system Ronny sticks with .
No opposition manager will lose sleep worrying about our tactics.
Two questions.
Why ,are both full backs nearly on the half way line when Craig Gordon is looking to roll out the ball to start a move ?
Why are the whole team in a an area of roughly 20 yards when a bye kick is being taken ?
Sorry to say this but our tactics never change.
Rant over.
Good to bump into a couple of former posters today. Last but not least. Summer fitba.Yes please.HH

That’s a tremendous result. Bonnyrigg were favourites in that tie.

Mrs Shuggy sends her best. Listen, we could have made it to the top together, you as star striker and me as Ronny Who !
Talking about racism, which dominated the blog last night.
In my prime, I worked in Canada, summer jobs.
Poles were Polaks, Italians were Wops….I was Scotty.
It was 100 degrees outside and I worked in the Oven Room in the Cyanamide. Took my customary break, water and salt tablets.
“Hey Scotty, you’re here to work……not to stand in front of a fan”
I ran at him with a pole and walked out !
Fekkin Scotty, never forget it !
This puts, In my opinion, last nights remark into perspective !
Off the swally for Lent……but Saturday, they tell me, is a Laetare !

Every season the title race is tight for me , any victory is a great win as we near the finish line .
Really disappointed in our ‘ support’ today.
Our team is obviously struggling a bit for form and confidence.
They need our encouragement , not howls of derision when a move breaks down.

Delaney’s, that sounds horrible for Marcus.
I hope it doesn’t mean he will miss the rest of the season. He doesn’t deserve that.
He looked in agony. The incident happened right in front of where we sit. The physio signalled straight to the bench , Marcus couldn’t continue.
I heard cheers of joy when we scored our goals today. That is what being a Celtic supporter is all about.
