    You are bang on the money.I’ve argued with anyone who will listen that we stumbled onto Kieran Tierney more by circumstances and good fortune.

     

    If the left back from Man Utd (Blackett?) was half decent or Izzy having a form slump, or Mulgrew being injured then Kieran wouldn’t have had the game time given.

     

    How many more have we missed ?

     

    Supplement the squad with youth players not projects. HH

    Walking from cqn corner to the turnstiles we commented on the lack of atmosphere . We really need a lift …. was saying that in days gone by a bad decision against us used to get the crowd and players angry and waking the beast . Not at the moment with the support or the players

     

     

    No surprise that clancy was terrible again… the wee nyaff sub went down easy and let out a squeal like a wee girl . Ref fell for it hook line and sinker .

    Happy with the result,and I have seen a lot worse performances.Ross County have developed into a very decent,hard working team.Hence their position.

     

    My crib is with the manager,which does not mean I am joining the RD out brigade.In a football world where no 10s are the most vital commodity,we play with none.If we had none I would see the point,but we have.Allan,Roberts,Christie.Very noticeable that none of the three were even on the bench.RD did mention Allan,but the other two should at least been subs.Instead we had the same old.

     

    I am not getting onto any of the players who played,as I thought GMS,Johansen,played well.Its just the lack of adventure which gets me.OK,maybe points are more valuable than adventure just now,and I get that,but FFS.

     

    LG should be shot for missing his open goal,although I love him.

    Jimmynotpaul, Tony’s now in his third year at Pollok . He couldn’t do anything to stop them being relegated in the 2013/14 season. They were rotten when he took over.

     

     

    They won the second division last season and have carried their form over into this season.

     

     

    It would be great if Tony could repeat his cup success with Shotts at Pollok.

     

     

    The guy at the evening shark jump who does the juniors really bad mouthed Tony after a game they lost to Rob Roy and Pollok had four players sent off. It was totally over the top . It must be a necessity at that paper to be a clown ie Matt Lindsay and Chris ‘union’ Jack.

     

     

    Clydebank fans I know, want to get promoted back into the top division as they have not lost at Newlandsfield either against Pollok or in cup finals played there for about 8 years.

    TBJ. I agree I am of the opinion most fans don’t enjoy the style of football, particularly at Celtic park. Most fans I speak to, don’t think it’s necessary to play with two holding players, particularly against teams who have every man behind the ball. There is not a lot of joy about the place that’s for sure. Ronnys intransigence will be his downfall I fear.Still on we go for five in a row, which if/ when we get there is a great achievement.

    Bourne, its good Jock’s words are being used but the English media being obsessed with all things English, no acknowledgement to Jock will be made.

     

     

    When the champions league final was held in Lisbon that t@@d , Tyldsley in his commentary, said hee haw about the first club from these shores winning the big cup in Lisbon. It wasn’t unexpected.

    I think the boos are more to with the fans frustration of many things at our club.

     

    We are poor on and off the field.

     

    Our custodians have no affinity for the fans and no appetite to support same fans from some disgraceful attacks by media and those in authority.

     

    Our coach has great soundbites but realistically the performances are nowhere like the promise.

     

    It’ was cold today and watching that mind numbing first half performance apart from goal warmed no one up.

     

    We are a well run business but a very poor football club whose fans are taken for granted.

    My post at the end of the last blog was not directed at you or anyone in particular (ad hominems????). There have been many comments over the last couple of years about preferred sponsors with many wanting the name of a charity and quite a lot objecting to us promoting alcohol on our jerseys. You’re entitled to your opinion and I’m entitled to mine. I don’t care if it’s a betting company or not. If it helps us put a better standard of player on the pitch or helps us to hold on to our better players for longer then that’s the bottom line for me. I’m in the “Celtic are a football club” camp. If we can raise money for charitable causes well and good but I want to watch a successful football team and don’t want the club shackled by the unrealistic expectations of some supporters.

    Aiden Bhoy, it also depends on how you have felt a player has done previously, McGregor had to play well for a few games before I started to see the improvement.

     

    Stefan has been off form, so sometime we see what we expect to.

    We had plenty chances in first half and should have been a couple of goals up easily I was quite entertained. Off the pitch the board get a lot wrong but also get a lot right imo.

    We may be malcontents in some posters’ eyes for expressing our concerns with the way the businessmen on our board appear not to appreciate that what happens on the pitch is the most important part of the business.

    Was certainly not an entertaining first half from my comfyy sofa here in the USA so i felt sorry for those frozen fans watching our steady procession of sideways and backwards passing.
