TRFC playing good football but it’s against 10 men and it will be interesting to see how they fare v St J.

*that’ll be the same St J managed by tommy scheidt who originally hails fae ballyclare where 92% of the population are sevco minded and who bottled it against mcsleekit’s dad’s army last year in the same tourney.

Sorry Embramike but all this guy @CelticTT does is regurgitate crap from STV and the like. He says he’s official – aye about as official as my @rse.

    Res 12?

I hope I’m wrong but, I get this feeling that the huns will be back in the same league as Celtic then, stories will start to emerge about Res 12 being time-barred / too late now / we did try etc.

  5. ....PFayr supports WeeOscar on

    Kozak ..another non scoring striker

Any chance we could sign a striker who scores goals reasonably regularly

With Deila’s rigid one up front system it seems quite important that the singe striker scores

Auldhied will probably respond knowing the facts on the timescale of resolution 12.

I just hope you haven’t put a seed in the hun heid:( HH

    I hope not fella.

Still find it strange that, the huns Euro licence thing is being questioned and yet, at that same period in time, Celtic’s directors were quite happy to look the other way as their O## F### pals were winning 3 leagues in a row to get the CL money to keep them alive?

Too muck jiggery poakery for me.

  8. All Dublin scores came from play with the exception of Connolly free while Mayo can thank O’Connor for keeping them in this match. Kerry again it has to be. Great result for the GAA and another sellout next week.

Its unbelievable the hoops and lengths we are having go to in order to get answers.

  10. Tnith…

As you say it’s hard to believe that our guardians didn’t know what the huns were upto, especially as the case of junhinio was sorted quick style after we were told it was dodgy.

It took the tranfrer of Boomsong to Newcastle for Hmrc to get involved and only because they hadn’t shredded the evidence.

There will be cries of move on but the issues raised will make that very difficult.

Put it this way, for me, if that were the case I could no longer spend any energy taking part in a corrupt set up. I don’t see how any honest folk of integrity could, but we are all different.

Are Man U now about to go down the Liverpool road? Is qualifying for the Champions League and a cup their only real chance of success?

  13. Thriliing climax to the GAA though I thought it was poor far up to the last 10 minutes.

The ref wasted at least 2 minutes of stoppage time issuing cards – do they not add on more time for that ?

“One thing for sure if Celtic get divided we will regret it”

I agree with that 100%, my problem is, our custodians imo, don’t seem to be doing anything that is uniting the support, they are doing the opposite in fact.

    HH

Quite agree and if ever there was an opportunity to change that Res12 is it.

Any sanctions likely against Sevco if res 12 is successful

  16. Surely another refereeing strike on the cards after a weekend of criticism

Inverness CT boss John Hughes felt Andrew Dallas spoiled his side’s match against Dundee, questioning whether he is ready to be a top-flight referee.

Dallas showed Andrea Mutombo shown a straight red card for the Highlanders right at the end for a lunge on Nick Ross, as the Caley Jags were denied their first win of the season in a match that finished 1-1.

The Inverness boss criticised Dallas for not helping matters with his handling of a match.

Hughes said: “What I will say is that I don’t think the referee is ready for the top-flight. He might be one day but not on this evidence.

Hearts boss Robbie Neilson hit out at Willie Collum following his dismissal of Callum Paterson against Hamilton, adding that his side knew to expect a red card from the referee.

Under pressure Kilmarnock manager Gary Locke says a wrong call by referee Steven McLean in awarding Motherwell a penalty denied his side a draw.

Not to mention Bobby ‘the sash’ maddens performance today at Palmerston!!!

  17. Just noticed that sevco have a game next (international) weekend. Aren’t they a big team, mcsleekit didnae stand for that. Oh haud on, full-back tavernier admits to enjoying a few fruit gums and chocolate digestives after a game, a treat after eating salmon and pasta for his breakfast when there’s a lunch-time kick-off. FFS what happened tae tea and toast.

  18. Listening to the comments from the pundits on the Man Utd performance…pedestrian moving the ball up the park, too many sideway passing, and lack punch up front… Could be us their talking about!

I really doubt it for they are in liquidation and beyond footballing sanctions. (Although that argument will force out football’s stance on being the same club …….)

Now the SFA……. Have a read at the post on TSFM linked to earlier. They are or should be the ones brought to account.

  21. Auldheid is right, it’s the sfa who are the real villans here, the hun did what they did, cos they knew they would get away with whatever they chose to do.

  24. Amazing stat from the BBC coverage of Swansea vs Man Utd. Louis van Gaal has spent c.£240m on transfers in 14 months, which is about £100m more than Swansea have spent.

    In their history.

  25. 7 yellows and first red with 12mins to go as Roma go 2 up………………….

Referees in big GAA games will always blow the final whistle to ensure a replay if the scores are level and it’s anywhere close to time up. Another 80 thousand paying customers and TV money next Saturday, a referee could seriously damage his career if he cost the GAA another big payday
