HOLDERS Celtic have been drawn against Partick Thistle in a Glasgow derby at Parkhead in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup.
Brendan Rodgers’ men, 5-0 victors over Brechin City yesterday, were paired with the Firhill outfit in the ballot following today’s tie at Tynecastle where a late goal gave Hearts a 1-0 win over Neil Lennon’s Hibs.
There will be a dress rehearsal for the Hoops on Tuesday night when the Parkhead outfit travel to Maryhill for a Premiership clash with the Jags.
Alan Archibald’s men got into this stage after a 2-1 victory over Queen of the South at Palmerston where Conor Sammon got both goals.
