FORMER Celtic youngster Aidan McIlduff is heading for Leeds United on trial.
The 20-year-old defender is poised to turn out for the Elland Road development squad in their closed-doors friendly at Southampton on Tuesday.
Mcilduff didn’t make a senior appearance for the Hoops before his release at the end of the season.
He was freed shortly after a goalscoring Man of the Match performance in their 3-0 FA Youth Cup final win over Sevco Rangers.
He has had loan spells with Clyde and Queen’s Park and made 13 appearances for the Broadwood outfit in the first half of the 2014/15 season. The left-back also turned out seven times for the Hampden men following his move on January transfer deadline day.
