CELTIC youngster Josh Kerr will join Brighton when the transfer window opens next month.
The 19-year-old defender is out of contract in the summer and will now link up with the Premier League newcomers on a two-year deal after the clubs agreed an undisclosed fee.
Kerr had been at Parkhead for five years and played in the UEFA Youth League against teams such as Barcelona and Manchester City.
He will join Brighton’s Under-23 squad and coach Simon Rusk said: “We are delighted that we’ve been able to acquire the services of Josh for next season.
“He will be an excellent addition to our squad, and his versatility across the back four will be a key asset.”
