£3.1MILLION GUIDETTI PACKAGE

STOKE CITY are willing to pay John Guidetti a bumper £3million-plus deal to lure him to the Premier League.
Boss Mark Hughes is getting ready to make a shock swoop in the summer, according to Dutch reports.
Feyenoord have stalled over at the wage demands of the on-loan Celtic striker while Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon are having second thoughts about pursuing a player who has scored only four goals this year.
However, it appears the Potteries outfit will offer Guidetti a £1million-a-year basic wage with a £2.1million signing-on fee.
The frontman, who is out of contract at Manchester City next month, had a brief loan spell at Stoke City last season where he failed to net in six appearances.
He rattled in 11 goals in an explosive 16-game spell for the SPFL champions at the start of the current campaign, but lost his touch after the turn of the year with Leigh Griffiths taking over.
Marseille are also reportedly monitoring the situation, but they, too, will not be willing to match Stoke’s offer.
Guidetti is very unlikely to appear in the Celtic squad for the remaining two matches of the season and will say his goodbyes after the match a week on Sunday.
