CELTIC are facing a summer clear-out as the champions’ squad prepares to undergo a massive overhaul.
Michel-Ange Balikwisha, the £4.2million arrival from Royal Antwerp in August on a five-year contract, is one of the players who will be shipped out, according to a report in The Herald.
The DR Congo international forward has made only two starts in 12 appearances and was overlooked for the matchday pool for both of the Europa League games against VfB Stuttgart.
The 24-year-old winger could be offloaded for a fraction of the fee the Hoops paid for the player who has failed to make an impact since making his debut in the scoreless stalemate at Ibrox just days after his arrival from the Belgian club.

HEADING FOR THE EXIT…loan Bhoy Julian Araujo is tipped to return to Bournemouth.
January loan signings Julian Araujo (Bournemouth), Tomas Cvancara (Borussia Monchengladbach) and Joel Mvuka (Lorient) will reportedly be returning to their parent clubs while it appears Kelechi Iheanacho, signed in September as a free agent after being released by Sevilla, is also heading for the exit.
And it is unlikely there will be no offer of a contract extension for 39-year-old keeper Kasper Schmeichel who has come in for some fierce criticism in recent months, particularly the home defeats to Danny Rohl’s Ibrox side and Stuttgart.
One way or another, it is going to be a highly interesting summer in the east end of Glasgow with the club also looking for a new permanent manager as well as a chairman.
