CELTIC new Bhoy Sebastian Tounekti was celebrating again last night – just a week after his £5.2million switch to the champions.

The winger was involved in Tunisia’s 1-0 win over Equatorial Guinea in Malabo to seal his nation’s qualification for next summer’s World Cup Finals in the Americas.

Tounekti, who signed a five-year deal after completing the move from Swedish outfit Hammarby IF, was forced to miss Tunisia’s 3-0 victory over Liberia after putting the finishing touches to his shift to Parkhead.

WORLD CUP FINALS, HERE I COME…Celtic new Bhoy Sebastian Tounekti is action for Tunisia.

The 23-year-old flanker came on late in the game with the score deadlocked at 0-0, but Tunisia claimed the crucial win with a stoppage-time effort from midfielder Mohamed Ben Romdhane, according to a report in The Scotsman.

Tounekti is now heading back to Glasgow to meet up with his new team-mates as they prepare for Sunday’s Premiership confrontation against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park.

Joining him will be the versatile Benjamin Nygren who was involved in Sweden’s qualifier, but, unlike Tounetki, he was on the receiving end as his country lost 2-0 in Kosovo. The Swedes now sit third in Group B after two matches.
