CELTIC target Haissem Hassan is due in Glasgow today for a medical ahead of his £9million signing.
The 24-year-old Real Oviedo winger impressed the Hoops with his dazzling displays for Egypt in this summer’s World Cup Finals.
With Daizen Maeda putting the finishing touches to his £10million switch to newly-promoted Ipswich Town, Hassen became a priority target for Martin O’Neill, as CQN reported THREE weeks ago.
The skilful raider also alerted the interest of French giants Marseille, Burnley and teams from Saudi Arabia, but he now looks to be heading to Glasgow to become the champions’ third major signing in recent weeks.
