Charles Green and his initial backers have achieved a remarkable result with what is already evident in their prospectus. Page 66 notes: “In the period to 31 August 2012, a total of 25,340,000 shares were issued for a total consideration of £7,719,000”, issued at approximately 30.4p per share. At a price of 70p per share these shares would be worth £17.738m, a cool £10m profit.
Since that August date Green has enjoyed something of a windfall. Page 83 notes, “The contractual right to an option over 10 per cent. of the enlarged ordinary share capital of RFCL was exercised by Charles Green on 31 October 2012 by a partial exercise notice pursuant to which 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in RFCL were issued to Charles Green on 31 October 2012.”
That’s 5m shares, worth 70p each, which is a stunning £3.5m to add to the above £10m!

The more I see of it, every corner of football has grown corrupt, including every FA that has to answer to UEFA, CONMEBOL and FIFA etc etc.
Personally, I think there are real political motivations behind such an agenda, but what should give us food for thought, and a bit of positive thinking, was the reaction of Scottish football supporters to the blazé assumptions of the majority vote of hunnery that a newco would just breeze into the SPL.
If you were to follow my thinking of the politics behind this, which I won’t reveal as it will just further cement my madness and lunacy ( :)), I thank you) to you, then it would be clear football is the next thing to be controlled by the powers that be as politics and music are done and dusted.
But as football still has a strong element of what we knew as the unions, and people power behind it, they’ve went for it too soon.
So the powers that be have two options. Keep pumping their money into it in the hope they will eventually complete its corruption, or accept their failure now, and look at other options, eg restructuring European football via TV.
When you look at it that way, the latter is the most obvious route, and it bests suits us. But we will always be a threat as we are now, hence the attempts to put us in our place.
So, European regional leagues, with an emphasis on TV money, watch at home payees, and an oppression of the match going unity.

On following my own theory, it all makes sense. Football is the next controlling mechancism after media, politics and music.
That the Celtic Support and other left wing clubs the world over are finding their support being oppressed is no co-incidence imo.
FIFA and UEFA were easily corrupted. We’re not the only club crying out for a level playing field and equality.
What’s going on at the moment is a fight to join the rich leagues when they’re formed imo. Where there’s no room for political activism or non-compliance.
Mibbes the Celtic Board are doing all this to give us a fighting chance in the top flight of the future. But they know we’d rather not under these conditions, hence the oppression.
Anyway, that makes it all the more important that we enjoy what this Celtic Legend is delivering at our doorstep while sticking the vicky right up them and their money :)))
