  1. see all that stuff about appoining Lenny in the showers …………..

a worse appointment was letting Gerry McCulloch back in to the Media department.

there is an uncle tim and a jonah all rolled up in one

  2. perfectly good goal from eddy – linesman gave offside bcoz Aberdeen players put hands up.

  3. story of the season so far – organised defence reduces chances on goal; chances on goal not taken

  4. Mugs getting mugged again. Made 4 or 5 great chances but lose daft simple goal. It’s as if we have two 5 aside teams making our outfield 10 (not thinking about winning headers). Edouard looked onside.

  5. This is a shell of a team and a club, clear goal disallowed nothing from any player , they couldn’t give a damn

  6. Should be winning 4-2. Usual story. Can’t defend a corner and can’t put the ball in the net. Except we did and it was incorrectly ruled offside. Not only was Eddie onside but it also came off an Aberdeen player who was blocking the pass.

  7. want goals? put goal scorers on the pitch. two observations about standards previously set. We play with one natural goalscorer (/some would argue eddy is a 10 not a 9) . We are tippy tappy in the last 20yards – rarely do we see one touch and shot , or early cross into the box.

just not clinical or bold enough – Stein had players pouring into the box, shots from 20yards, players getting to the bye line – we see none of that now. Mcgregor is a shadow of the Rodgers player he was , Moi never hits the line, full backs pass back

sorry sorry team who’s forgotten the celtic ethos !

  8. Well, at least we can turn to our superb bench, reflecting that we have the best squad in Scotland. Right? Right? No?

  9. Gene – are you asking why is Broonie playing or asking how he is performing. If the former then who knows. If the latter, poor.

  10. Get Christie off now.

    Guy is an imposter.

Broony and Taylor only 2 playing decent

  11. Centre backs have it easy against Celtic – Eddie needs a strong centre forward to feed off.

  12. Ray Singh-Carr on

    Correct.

Thanks – it was how is he playing – mystified why he’s playing.

Said earlier in the week we should be giving others an opportunity.

  15. MacGregor and Taylor linking well on the left compounding the bizarre Laxalt decision on Sunday.

One goal less behind thanks to a good save from Bain, usual bad defending and lack of penetration Jonjoe Kenny showing again that Tony Ralston must be very poor at Lennoxtown.

Lack of a clinical finisher haunts us with three and a half games left of the season.

  16. To quote Ian Holloway whilst at Blackpool if I fell into a barrel of boobies I’d come up sucking my thumb …. just about summaries our playing going forward… we need some fresh thinking … a break … and shore up the back with some proper defenders

  17. onenightinlisbon on

Christie has his mind on more important things, playing for his beloved Scotland and getting a move away.

Typical Celtic performance, Kennedy has had chances to change things around and give other players a chance but prefers to do things as before.
