    Very accomplished performance. We know we’re we are lacking. I think our cbs touch the ball more than any other position. Two very good goals. We need some freshening up this week, whether it happens, none of us will know.

    I REALLY like the look of SHIN YAMADA, as not only does he have Pace and Strength, but he is also an INTELLIGENT Player !

     

     

    A wee Bonus also, as I had Celtic to win by 2-0 on a couple of Bookie lines at odds of 15/2 and 7/1.

    Got to laugh at Beaton who let Aberdeen break up play all game but as soon as we do it, he literally shows two yellow cards in a second 😂

    Very solid, hard working performance from the Bhoys today. Thoroughly deserved 3 points at a difficult venue. Aberdeen were not given a look in all game as we controlled play across the whole team. MOM for me today was AJ, although all the defenders really stood out.

     

     

    We’re lacking in the forward areas, but the Bhoys playing there are doing everything they can. Jamesie had another great run out today.

    Shin seemed to do as much with the ball in 15 minutes than Adam did in the preceding 75.

    I think this is unfair. Yamada came into the game but he was anonymous for a period after coming on.

     

     

    Game state. 2 goals down means the game open up and Yamada does come into it so fair play to him.

     

     

    I’d start Yamada against Falkirk.

    I think Callums yellow was fair enough (plus Devlin deserved a clattering) but Reo’s was as soft as a Vegan’s jobby .

    Their keeper wastes more time than any other keeper in the league. His first touch in minute 1 was over 8 seconds but maybe the ref had forgotten that’s a thing this season. His goal kicks also take for too long – they should be looking at putting a stopwatch on that next.

    Nelson already on a yellow cleans out Forrest early in the second half to prevent our counter and there’s no yellow…

    Il ove the fast one touch football when it happens, and always looking for more. However today the back and sideways passing across our back line was designed to run the legs off the Aberdeen attack, and it worked – the Aberdeen forwards lacked sharpness in front of goal when they threstened. No complaints in that regard

    To be fair to Yamada, in his short time on the park we hardly played a forward pass as we ran the clock down. I look forward to seeing him when we are going full throttle.

    If Shin did F-all in your eyes, that was exactly what big Adam largely did in mine.

     

     

    It’s not an attack just because you make an observation.

     

     

    And here’s another one; the big lad has now had prolonged period of not cementing himself as a stick on Number 9. I don’t see that as harsh; just a truism.

     

     

    Anyway, leccy blanket is on and bed calls.

    I expect James to get somewhere between 0 and 45 minutes game time Friday night.

     

     

    Ideally we keep him fresh enough to give us a good 80 minutes a week on Wednesday.

    Boyd arguing that Celtic don’t need to strengthen and there’s no point buying for the CL because it’s only a cash cow.

    It’s obvious we need another striker ,or Madea being a option, forme he is being wasted as a left winger ,Scales isn’t a left back ,what’s the score with the JAPANESE boy ,Rodgers needs challenged on where is he ,if Rodgers leaves, hopefully we get a good young coach ,who plays the old Celtic way attack, attack, because this playing from the back is well past it’s option, and we could do with another Centre Half ,after all this hoping and praying, a good 3 points this afternoon.
