I did love CQN over the years and yearn for the day we can talk about everything as well as politics, too much politics methinks, just saying like, no need to fall out, win or lose an argument? Who cares, yes it’s good to articulate yir thoughts and win an argument, but this website becomes a lesser place if we lose our caring, social friendly way.
I can’t put my thoughts properly into words like some/ many can, but you all hopefully get my drift.
It was always about CELTIC

It is interesting and most of the points are correct but what can we do about it now and on CQN? we look after our own.
Back in the 60s the Burns Tavern CSC in Motherwell used to put members up in a hotel overnight after league games at Pittodrie.
While the adults went to the boozer, the children, usually my brother, my cousin and I, would be dropped off at the local cinema and picked up again at the end of the movie.
There was always a party in the biggest room back at the hotel and we were allowed to stay up pretty late. My father was always the only sober adult as I recall as he took the responsibility of looking after the kids.
I have always admired him for that as occasionally we witnessed some fisticuffs which scared me but my father was always the peacemaker and made sure we were out of harm’s way.
Great memories.

15 minutes to KO and we still have political garbage from the condescending sanctimonious egotistical persona that is Ernie Lynch.
Please can everyone just agree with him for the next couple of hours as I think Celtic FC have a football match to play ?

I’m hoping for an open attacking game today with Aberdeen exposing themselves at the bacl.

Really pissed off with Sky, if this had been any English game I’m sure the programme would have started on time, live too far away to ditch Sky or I would have, years ago.
Rant over.

Yes it did. Most memorable would be the 3-0 victory when Lubo netted twice and Henke got his 50th of the season.

DARNELL Fisher will make his first competitive start of the season for the Bhoys today when the champions take on Aberdeen at Pittodrie.
The talented right-back has made seven appearances so far in the 2014/15 campaign but will make his first start under Ronny Deila as Celtic travel up north for their first fixture since winning the league title.
Fisher is one of just two changes the manager has made to the starting XI following last week’s 5-0 destruction of Dundee at Paradise with Stuart Armstrong also coming in for Gary Mackay-Steven on the left side of the attacking front three.
Leigh Griffiths will look to add to his tally of 19 goals and Player of the Month award for April when he starts up front for the Hoops.
For all the pre-match build up and live in game updates, follow @Celticfc on Twitter.

Congratulations to the Champions
Looking forward to seeing the Bhoys play today. The pressure is off, confidence will be high, and they will want to show Aberdeen that we are worthy Champions.
Also nice that KO is at a sensible time of day.

Interesting to see Fisher starting at RB. Could Ronny see him as the way forward frm next season with the injury situation with our more experienced RBs?
Also will we see JG / AS / SS up front again in this season’s last 2 games after today or is there anyone ready to step up from the development squad?
Anybody know how the lhad Duffy we signed is progressing?

Right Bhoys it’s just short if 30c here in Andtrax and I have a cold beer, however due to the lack of any ‘Irish’ bars I am relying totally on CQN for updates- don’t feel too sorry for me :-) Vmhan – I have very fond memories of seeing Scotland from the window of a Doig’s bus with Greenock CSC
Anyone else noticed how managers and pundits now more often refer to ” When you play Celtic” or “When Celtic come up here” etc instead of “the Old Firm”?
Welcome progress.

Are Aberdeen lining up 3:5:2 or is Considine at LB with Hayes in midfield.
I consider Johnny Hayes to be one of their unsung players, especially since Pawlett has gone backwards after a sprightly start.
