Can you believe these Duff and Phelps people? They can’t afford to pay Rangers taxes, or other SPL clubs monies due, but today they tried to increase their payroll today by asking the SPL to register Daniel Cousin. Can you imagine what the out-of-pocket creditors feel about this?
These people are in place to make sure the company trades long enough to repay creditors. They can trade perfectly well with the three dozen or so players they have, what kind of justification could they possibly give to the court for playing Football Manager with other people’s money? No wonder HM Revenue and Customs fought their appointment.
What an absolute shower. It’s almost as though that place is some kind of lightning rod for a special type of competency. It’s not your money you’re spending, pay the club’s bills and stop looking for football bling, that’s what got the last lot into trouble in the first place!

Absolutely Brilliant James.
Just read it after people highlighting it, a very good tactic you used in spreading it to as many places as possible.
That is one way to shine a bright light on the cockroaches.

Just realised I missed one oot!!
The first Maloney for 1983 is a cut & paste error- should be P. McStay
I predict the Hunfest tomorrow will be described as, “a great advert for Scottish football.” And proof that Scottish football needs them.

I think I know who got the other one (apart from my answers) – just recalled it.
Anyone not got it: he rifled an absolute belter into the roof of the net from 6 yards against the orcs, but before he signed for us.

The quiz follows fine CQN traditions like Jobo the Weatherman and proudly succeeds Pablos music night and has been going for a couple of years, and has many followers including lots of lurkers. It is a bit of fun, and never offends. The quizmasters put in a lot of work.If Paul67 thinks it is offensive or wants it to change, then it is for him alone to request as it is his blog.
In these 2-3 years it has been running , only 2 people have complained. Timbhoy2 and I will let you guess the other.

There was hardly anyone at the Theatre of Hate protesting this week. The blogs are consistent from those reporting back on their ‘Gers “pals” with the message they still don’t get it or believe it’ll be fine, WATP, GTF etc.
I have to remind myself not everyone is an obsessive like me. Spoke to 2 Scottish lads in my office at work (I work in England) and neither are Rangers fans, both refer to them as the hun but they are completely unaware of the background and scale of this. The English footy fans couldn’t care less. Won’t happen to such a big club.
The outpourings from the establishment figures in Scotland is sinister and we are the only community vigilantly in all of this.
It is very strange.

Sorry, just caught up with your earlier post. It’s astonishing the sums that are being mentioned at Ibrox when you look at figures from other clubs who are in serious trtouble and they’re still being talked about as the victims.

I thought that just about everybody knew that Friday night from 9.00pm to 10.30pm is invariably quiz night. And the in-between-answers patter is usually some of the best of the week, in my opinion.

Rereading it. Again. For the umpteenth time.
You know, every time I do, and I posted it on here at some point last week – the whole Buckland to Weathertop thru The Old Forest and Barrow Downs is still my best bit of the books. There’s a real faerie-ness about it that harks back to childish things, yet just enough darkness to give an indication of what comes next. Fantastic (in it’s truest meaning).

Doing good.
Aye the young fella is in Aberdeen, staying with his sister, got a job, work here dried up.
I think he is going to the Motherwell home game, if he dosen’t spend all his cash meantime.
First time me and the Mrs have been on our own for a while, enjoying every minute, no quite as much as I am enjoying the events of this week though, it’s been amazing.
Take care of yourself and god bless

I’m not sure we actually had to match the players to the years. The years were only a ‘step for a hint’. I hope!

Can we vote Craig Why/ite as player of the year?
