I’m in sunny Agia Napa and following the updates on here. Thanks guys for your sterling work. By any measure 3-0 is an excellent performance away in Europe. I can now relax and watch the WC semi-final knowing that my beloved Celts have done the business. I’ll be there next week. H.H.
Having spent the day in communication with some of the prime movers and shakers within the community it seems a preliminary plan has been approved in the event of another walk outside St Alphonsus .
Local men and women will form a new group and will be stationed incognito inside.
This group will be called Scottish Ordinary Against Prejudice or be more commonly known as SOAP.
Those from outside the Calton would intend to attend and stand up for their peoples rights will fall under control of a new group that will be formed.
This group will be called Brave And Terribly Honourable but might be known as its acronym BATH.
In the meanwhile the clergy have set up a commission to deal with any of those caught and handed over by either BATH or SOAP.
This comission will be called Scottish Catholics Really Urny Bad ( SCRUB ) and has been set up with the intention of cleansing the population one heathen at a time.
While its generally accepted you can never make everyone happy the names of the new groups were decided by an international think tank who were tasked with finding names that would strike fear into our enemies. They assure us those names could well come up smelling like roses in the long run .

Great start to the season. Hoped for a 2-0, would have taken a 1-0, so 3-0 makes the tie safe. Well done to all.
Should be a cracking game tonight. The real final!

i think we have a player in young Morgan, my only concern was on the left side of the back 3 we need a left footed/sided player.

Spot on our set pieces are poor to dreadful.
Even though JF scored from a scramble after corner it was not a great corner.
How many times do we hit those high floaty balls that are easy to defend
Easy street for Celtic, evident from early on we’d stroll it, but took till near half time to score.
The tie is wrapped up for the next round as Alashkert are several levels below us much Linfield but without the kicking.
Like the look of Moussa and Odsonne together and the home side were pinned back for the entire game isolated to a couple of breaks forward and the much maligned Celtic defence was largely untested.
Superior fitness told in the end with the second and third goals, but a great run out for Celts in extreme conditions and the first fine win in the ridiculous route
to the Champions league.
Thanks to Premier Sports for covering the game when the big channels won’t, but the commentary was as dire, as predictable from the two ‘Scotsmen’ wherever they were.

Thanks for the updates Bhoys,
Hopefully a sign of things to come, Notorious and James not missed a beat or Eddie. Ajer and Jack future CB pairing sorted and in for a big season, Morgan as well. young team.
Belgium could be 3 up already. French goalie playing a blinder. Les Bleus will probably win now.

Turkeybhoy and Fan-a-tic,
Are other teams, in general, more successful than us from corner kicks?
I am just wondering , with all the shenanigans allowed inside the box, if it is becoming increasingly difficult for teams to profit from the corner kick.
I know some goals will be remembered but, in general, are we worse than most other teams?
Very professional performance, no much else to say other than Lewis Morgan if given the chance will tear the spl apart, he has IT.
Belgium getting stronger

Tactically clever from Celtic.
Our main opponent was the conditions. Once we mastered those, the rest was easy.

Disappointed by the performance tonight. We should have been trying to make that a fortress.

Poor planning having Boyata and Lustig absent. We should have spent and spent big until these guys get back. Lustig you’ve got to wonder about his fitness ? That’s pretty much all last season and World cup. Then there’s his moonlighting as a cop too.
Don’t start me on that Boyata. Can’t wait until we sign a good, solid, experienced centre-back.

Great start to the <Euro campaign, well played Celts..

Job done. Well done. Calumn …growing ….
Back to oul claes and porridge as my father would say on a Monday morning.
Belgium or France?
I don’t really care.
Well done, Celtic. Pity about those dreadful commentators on Sportsound. Get a day job, Packy.
Good performance with the odd slack moment.
Ref was hopeless.
Morgan looks a find.
Two runs from KT in first half were lightning.
CMcG and JF take up were they left off last season.
Young Hendry one mistake apart is growing quickly into that jersey.
Ed and Moussa are going to tear it up.
Well done bhoys result never really in danger.
Brazilian boy should have been off before he was subbed.
Hail, hail!!
thanks for the updates cqn
thanks BR and the squad
Mon the Belgie.
Result & performance is what we wanted.
Some rustiness now & again but well happy..
Great job coaches & players.

Someone needs to play the ball in with pace.
A truly neglected area by our coaching staff.

A very well managed game from the bhoys.
Played well within themselves, though not without the odd pre season cock ups.
Very pleased, couldn’t have gone any better.
Looking forward to getting them back to Parkhead
Ed Moussa Jamesie SS and Lewis Morgan are gonnae run riot and destroy teams this season. Looking good.

off track ……I see Tony Watt has been given a chance by St Johnstone , I hope he knuckles down and regains the talent he undoubtably has.
Gooood Evening CQN – ???????
Very well done Bhoys ???
I followed the game whilst at work, on the BBC website
Not sure what game you all watched, but we struggled according to their reporting, giving the Armenians many opportunities with poor defending
Thank God I read CQN
Hail Hail the Bhoys are back in town ( from this weekend ???)

Another well done to the genious that got rid of the Amazon adds, i really was at my wits end with them…. sorry Wits.
Not wanting to get carried away so early on but Lewis Morgan looks a player who will star at Celtic:)
