EFE AMBROSE has admitted he is unaware of any interest in him from Chinese club Shanghai SIPG.
Celtic’s Nigerian international defender has been linked with a tax-free windfall if he joins former England international manager Sven Goran Eriksson in the Far East.
However, Ambrose said he has no information of such interest. He said: “I don’t know anything about the reported interest from China..
“Neither my agent nor my club have informed me of interest from the club or any offer.”
Ambrose, 27, has dropped down Ronny Deila’s pecking order this season although he has still made 12 appearances for the Hoops and has been deputising for the injured Dedryck Boyata in recent games.
