‘AN UNBELIEVABLE ACHIEVEMENT,’ SCOTT BROWN

SCOTT BROWN spoke of his pride in leading Celtic to an historic undefeated league campaign this afternoon after the Champions rounded off their league campaign with another win, this time against Hearts.

“It’s unbelievable. It shows you the lads’ determination all season,” the Celtic skipper said.

“We have worked hard in pre-season and it is paying off now. We are still working hard and still winning games this late in the season.

“We keep pushing and scoring goals and we have a great bunch of players in that dressing room and the gaffer has picked and chosen wisely when to bring people in and when to rest others.

“It’s been phenomenal.

“It was hard at the start of the season going to Gibraltar and losing that game but we have bounced back since then.

“We have pushed on and we have shown how good a team we are by going unbeaten all season.”

Brown will lead Celtic out at Hampden on Saturday afternoon aiming to complete an unrivaled and truly marvelous Treble.
