Celtic deservedly ahead just need to keep our concentration some sloppy passing though should be more goals in this game

I’ve not read any comments but personally I found that to be absolute torture…apart from an incredible goal.
I can’t remember the last time I watched a Celtic team give the ball away so easily.

If there is a way to do it the hard way in Europe we’ll find it.
Poor passing, goal apart, throughout the first half.
Bloody great goal though. Nchamps one and only decent pass on for an outstanding run fro KT who’s pass for Leigh was inch perfect. Leigh ain’t going to miss that. Great run from him also into space at back post.
Now Celtic, let’s just keep the passing simple.

Cracking goal from Leigh, anything they have created has come from our mistakes, Roberts and Rogic not in the game much, cmon Celtic half way there.
A very wierd game
Opening 10 minutes and Anderlecht are looking very poor and unsure of themselves.
Next 10 minutes and N’tcham has a series of bad passes and the infection spreads through celtic till we are worse than them
Next period- both teams looking like they have never seen a ball before and, then, One moment of magic involving the man-least-likely-to. N’tcham, and the man-most-likely-to, Tierney, laying a clear chance on for Griff.
Nobody watching will be frightened by Celtic or Anderlecht but the great news is we are 1:0 up.

The Celtic Rollercoaster at full pelt, great goal, our passing needs to improve though in the second half.
Anderlecht look dangerous on the break but also vulnerable at the back..

Caught the last 15 minutes of first half and the Bhoys look quite comfortable. Lot’s of possession and making the Anderlecht players work hard. Some goal after a long passing phase of play from us. Great run by KT outside their full-back and played in beautifully by Ntcham. KT took his time and put it on a plate for Griff.
Here’s hoping for more of the same second half.
Well done so far! I love KT. What pub team did Anderlecht get their keeper from – he makes my beer belly look acceptable.
Poor performance, passing woeful but score line excellent. Start playing in the second half and three points are there for the taking. Great goal, superb pass from Ntcham (who’d been having a mare till then), superb run and cross from KT and Griff doing what he does best.
Jozo and Dedryck playing well as are Brown and KT. Sinclair the most threatening going forward, Paddy and Rogic anonymous so far.
We are passing them off the park. 374 passes with 330 complete. 89%. Anderlecht have completed 92 of 138 passes – 67%.
Listening to the BT commentary team you’d think we were really struggling! 71% possession as well.
1-0 – what’s not to like? Brown has been immense.

Slow start, a bit nervy but gradually felt our way into it.
Hopefully the goal will give us the impetus to get another.

Really nervous start from us with Ntcham, Roberts and Rogic all struggling to get into the game until the goal.
A well worked goal started with a lovely pass from Ntcham to Tierney with the cross along the the line to the approaching Griffiths to slam it into the pokey.
The goal seems to have settled us down and our play has since picked up.
Not seen much from Anderlecht yet, will be interesting to see what they’ve got when they open up.
Rob McLean struggling to say anything positive about a Scottish team in the Champions League and sounds like he’d rather be anywhere else than watching the hoops win.
Excellent first half from the Pot 4 side despite the creepy Meenister McLean’s lack of knowledge and
ingrained bias.
Not helped by Chris Sutton who broke his own long playing world record for saying sloppy.
Celtic en route to turn in a rare away victory like we do every other week at home.

why bother you are better off on here.
Celtic finding our feet at this level in Europe and perhaps giving too much respect to our opponents.
Hence the uncharacteristic loss of possession early on.
The goal should have given us self belief.
Right now we should be expecting three points.
Ntcham was having a stinker up until his pass for the goal. We’ve looked nervy at times but Anderlecht are beatable . One flash of the Celtic I had hoped would turn up and we’re 1 up! We need to be wary of Anderlecht on the break, they’ll certainly have a go in the second half but we are well capable of adding to our lead.
Like to see Paddy and Tom take a leaf out of Sinclairs book and go at their defence with pace and aggression.

I hate watching us on TV I really do! It’s been a very odd first 45 minutes and I’m absolutely delighted to be ahead but by flip we’ve made things so much more difficult than they should have been.
