Well played Arbroath. They were organised, committed and very reasonable playing on the break. Final ball lacked a bit of quality but I thought they couldeasily have got something from the game.

Glad we got the result – but it sounded like a very poor performance particularly in the last 30mins.
No pictures (commentary only) but didn’t sound as if we were keeping the ball or stretching them or getting any shots on target!
We’ve had a few ropey performances on route to cups in the past – only to come good in the latter stages.
Lets hope tonight is an omen!

I think Arbroath deserved and earned their pay day
Most of the comments on here say much more about the posters than they do about Celtic`s performance. Whilst some accept that we cannot always be brilliant — especially in these kind of games– others display WATP tendencies ie We are superior and must show it in every game.

Nervier the longer the game went on, but it was a cup tie and 6 or 7 would not have got us any further. Still on for the quartet. What’s not to like?

Agree with most of that. Would add “Samaras – pointless” but we aren’t allowed to criticise him as he’s sensitive.
McCann “…On his overall process should have had an equalizer…” – WTF has his overall performance got to do with the price of fish????? The question is only whether is was a foul on big FF – what the player did in the rest of the match is completely immaterial – hunbelievable.
