YESTERDAY Talksport ran a poll, rather outrageously, trying to create a narrative that Celtic should part company with Brendan Rodgers, following the result in Paris on Wednesday night.
Hopefully Brendan will remember this the next time they invite him on for an interview.
In truth Celtic fans are a little down after that 7-1 mauling by the financially doped PSG and need something to pick us up ahead of Sunday’s Betfred Cup Final, which Celtic aim to win. If that happens then Brendan will have increased his domestic dominance to 65 games without tasting defeat.
So if that’s not enough to convince the Shock Jocks at Talk Sport that Brendan is a worthy football manager, then this morning they can get a few ideas on alternative careers that the Irishman could pursue from a very surprising source.
