It’s party time again on the rebel peninsula, come to think of
it , it’s always party time at the Bay hotel Mornington, we have
our monthly shindig after the sclaffbaw ( acgr ) event on Sun.
morn with our resident band, Irish dancing, raffles and all the
rebel songs you can sing.
A very busy time ahead for our committee with our christmas
BBQ at the beach park on the 4th Dec. where kazachstan ( spl )
will defend their 5 a side trophy if they turn up sober and are
declared fit to play.
Also interviews are underway for a new Santa to represent the
club at the sick children’s hospital, i think there actually looking
for someone who is physically able to lift a bag of parcels and
walk in a straight line without falling over, could be a tough gig.
So any of you Oz tims or visitors to the area come along and
join us for the best Celtic party of your life.

Tomorrow’s a big day for our club.
If, as BRT & H suggests, the club will make some statement allying themselves to the resolution questions, that will be progress. However, if it is just a vague commitment to “Let’s see what the SFA say in response”, that will look like the fob-off that it is.
I will never say one bad word against the 4 people behind the resolution or the many who supported it. If the Celtic Board let it sink, through faint or unrecognisable levels of support, they will deserve all that comes to them.
Far better to have told the Res. 12 guys to “Get Lost!” right from the start than to make any attempt to play them. I seriously hope I am wrong in suspecting the latter.

BTW I was at the Ticket Office today as I was passing by and found out that these tickets for the LC final cannot be bought by season card holders who have already taken up or been offered a ticket for the final. You cannot buy additional tickets. I was told that these tickets were available only to those who used their season card for the semi-final but have not had a ticket for the final yet.
