Celtic again have stayed quiet while someone from the Scottish Rugby Union (SRU) briefed the media on hopes they have of hosting supporters at Murrayfield in August, with Celtic holding a similar test event at a friendly in July. The tests would be small-scale, around 1,000 supporters in a limited part of the stadium, but would demonstrate how practical it is to safely hold public events.
All of this depends on the direction of travel of the virus in Scotland continuing its downward trajectory.
Steve McClaren is something of a joke figure among some in English football for his ‘wally/brolly’ moment when England manager and that distinctly Dutch accent when at Twente. This is prejudicial. He is a manager who took Middlesbrough into Europe for the first two times in their history, reaching the Uefa Cup Final three years after Martin O’Neill took Celtic there.
His time at England was unsuccessful but he would be an interesting call for Dundee United. I hope they go for him.

Great news about Moi, if true. Bit more worried about Big Fraz returning as McCarthy was awful at Crystal Palace and hasn’t improved and Angus Gunn ain’t half as good as his faither,Bryan. Think big Craig is much better than these two and Southampton should have snapped him up as part of the deal to bring Fraser home to Paradise.
Big Fraser will be back, Moi and wee Mikey over on the left wing battling it out…a rested Callum and Big Tam at the back…..Jamesey and wee Frimpers on the right…..settled CH partnership…Eddie stays as does Olly Ntcham….

CELTIC Football Club is delighted to announce that Mohamed Elyounoussi has signed a new season-long loan with the Scottish Champions. The Norwegian internationalist spent last season with the Hoops on loan from Southampton, playing his part in the club’s nine-in-a-row title success.
The 25-year-old made his debut in a 1-0 win away to Hamilton Accies back in September last year, while he netted the first of seven Celtic goals in a UEFA Europa League group-stage victory over CFR Cluj at Celtic Park.

I absolutely love Ballads, it was the only way we could record our history.
Whenever I stumble across a long forgotten ballad, if a few lines hits the spot , I’m prone to posting them.

They were superceded in 1924 by the IRA.
