CELTIC CUP DATE ANNOUNCED

CELTIC’S Scottish Cup quarter-final tie against Hibs at Easter Road will be played on Saturday, March 2, with a 5.15pm kick-off.

Brendan Rodgers’ men are going for a historic hat-trick in the national competition. Amazingly, it is something the club have not acheived in the tournament.

With the Cup Final due at Hampden on May 25, it could also be a milestone fixture with the Hoops aiming for an unprecedented treble treble.

The game will be shown lve on Premier Sports.

The following day, with a 1.30pm kick-off, Aberdeen will host the winners of Wednesday’s replay between Rangers and Kilmarnock.

At 3.30pm the same afternoon, Dundee United will take on either Ross County or Inverness Caley Thistle who will play again on Tuesday.

And Partick Thistle will battle it out with Hearts on Monday night, March 4, with a 7.05pm start.
