CELTIC have been linked with a move for Chesterfield striker Eoin Doyle.
The £1million-rated Dubliner has started this season in superb form, scoring 21 goals including two hat-tricks.
Ronny Deila has reportedly asked to be kept informed of developments of the 26-year-old frontman. However, Doyle’s deadly finishing has also attracted the attentions of Cardiff City, Derby County, Sheffield United and Preston among others.
Doyle, who joined Hibs from Sligo Rovers in 2011, scored 14 goals in 57 appearances for the Easter Road side.
He linked up again with his former Sligo boss Paul Cook at Chesterfield in May 2013.
The attacker scored 13 goals in his first season as they achieved promotion to League One and reached the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final.
He has maintained his fantastic finishing during this campaign to put him in the spotlight.
