CELTIC fans will be given three stands at McDiarmid Park for the Scottish Cup quarter-final encounter against St Johnstone on Sunday, March 1.

The Perth club have confirmed the welcoming news for the travelling support for the game which has a 3pm kick-off.

The Saints have also told their supporters there will be no general sale and away tickets will be dealt with by the Cup holders.

A statement confirmed: “The match will see the club continue with the trial stadium arrangements whereby the away supporters will occupy the North, East and Ormond Stands.”

PERTHQUAKE…Olivier Ntcham sparks a three-goal burst with an unstoppable header in the 3-0 win last month.

The Hoops followers enjoyed an away day in Perth last month as Neil Lennon’s men picked up three precious Premiership points following a whirlwind 20-minute first-half blitz when Olivier Ntcham, James Forrest and Leigh Griffiths netted in a 3-0 victory.

The champions opened the season with a 7-0 Flag Day romp against Tommy Wright’s outfit where Ryan Christie helped himself to a superb hat-trick.

Celtic, with the League Cup already in the trophy cabinet and currently leading the Premiership by 10 points, are edging closer to an incredible quadruple treble and a victory over the Saints will take them back to Hampden for another glittering semi-final occasion.
