CELTIC GAME SWITCH

CELTIC’S Premiership game against Ross County in Dingwall has been switched to accommodate the Hoops’ Premier Sports League Cup semi-final meeting with holders St Johnstone at Hampden on the weekend of November 20/21.

The match against Malky Mackay’s Highlanders will now be played on Wednesday December 18 with a 7.45pm kick-off.

It will be the second league meeting of the teams with Ange Postecoglou’s side emerging triumphant with a 3-0 win in Glasgow earlier this month when Cameron Carter-Vickers was credited with his first goal for the club with a deflected effort that opened the scoring in the second-half.

Albian Ajeti, with only six goals last season, netted a double to open his scoring account for the term.

The last time the Parkhead men were in Dingwall was February 21 when they lost 1-0 to the relegation-threatened outfit – two days later Neil Lennon departed as the team’s manager with John Kennedy taking over in an interim basis for the remaining 10 games of a wretched campaign.
