Celtic join Barcelona, Milan and Ajax in the Champions League’s only group of former champions.
We beat Barcelona and Milan the last time we played each of them, and eliminated Ajax from the same competition last time we met 12 years ago. This is an incredibly difficult group, but it is the job we wanted this time yesterday.
Now we must get ready for the task ahead. Prepare properly and fear no one.
There will be a ticket scramble, among those who didn’t renew their season tickets………..

THOMAS Cook Sport and Celtic have enjoyed an excellent relationship over the past eight years and would like to thank all customers for their support.
From September 1, all Celtic supporters will be able to secure official club travel for our European games directly from the club.
The new travel website will go live on Sunday and will be announced here on the official club website

Was hoping the Barca (A) game would have been October – it would have tied in with a possible visit to Cordoba and yourself. :-((
Need to have a re-think about dates for a Spanish trip!!

What more is to be said?
ola buachailli ‘gus cailini, what a typical few weeks in Celtica. Despair to delirium in the sapce of weeks, days, minutes.
Great trips for the draw, but would’ve liked somewhere/someone new – Madrid – and would’ve liked a crack at Man City. Oh well, have to settle for City in the last 16 and Madrid in the QF. Not fussy after that!
Looking for some tips from our Barca based posters, or in fact from anyone who’s been to the Camp Nou – me and Mrs T are going there in October on a long-booked non-CL week, with the chance to go to the Barca-Valladolid game on Sun 6th – how do we go about getting tickets? Do we need to be socios, can we book and print tickets online, what part of the ground is best to go to, can we pay at the gate on the night…?
Muches gracies amicos.

And,by Jings,don’t they just….
And who can blame them when such excellent fare is served up on a regular basis.
Take Monday night,for example.
Man U v Chelsea.
A perfect example of everything that is wrong with their game. Overblown hype, and two teams determined not to lose.
Glad I binned Sky. That would get fitba stopped.
£45000 win bonus, no bad eh

Can someone tell me where the fixtures are coming from because SFA on club or UEFA websites
We have a fighting chance…could even top the group with some luck. Delighted to get Barcelona (A) Last if they repeat the line-up from last year where Benfica should have thrashed them as they were through.
If we can kick off the group on the front foot, get something from Milan…decent enough if you let them dictate and come at us but vulnerable at the back and we can gain control of midfield. Ajax no great shakes. One really good signing at the back could make all the difference give the defence real confidence / solidity.
So as predicted
Im in goa from 15th to 29th november.
Miss the Milan match :(

Sevco are happy to take the bus to Berwick, Montrose and Arbroath.
The six games could/should attract c400,000 spectators.

Tiny trim,
Do you still think Forrest is a “shitebag” ?
What’s the next group up, from the group of death?
Do we get to fly on that fancy new plane then?
What a draw looking forward to these games against the level if opposition we want to be pitted against.
Still on a high from last nights game…expect a few players to miss the Dundee United game however!
