CELTIC IN THREE-GAME TV SWITCH

A TRIO of Celtic Premiership games next month have been switched to accommodate Sky Sports live coverage.

The champions’ trip to McDiarmid Park to face St Johnstone on Saturday October 8 will now have a 12.30pm kick-off with the satellite giants beaming the action live.

Ange Postecoglou’s side will also feature against Hearts at Tynecastle on Saturdat October 22 and once again the start has been moved to 12.30pm.

And the Hoops have had their scheduled fixture against Livingston in West Lothian on Saturday October 29 pushed back 24 hours with a noon commencement.

Celtic will figure heavily this month, too, with their Champions League Group F clashes against Real Madrid at 8pm on Tuesday at Parkhead and the 5.45pm showdown against Shakhtar Donetsk in Poland on September 14 being shown live by BT Sport.

Tomorrow’s derby against Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s Ibrox visitors in the east end of Glasgow will be screened by Sky with a 12.30pm kick-off and the team’s trip to Paisley to face St Mirren on September 18 with a noon start will be also be shown by the same broadcasters.
