The first Glasgow derby is scheduled for Parkhead on Saturday August 31.
Hearts will host Philippe Clement’s Ibrox side at Tynecastle on Saturday August 3 with a lunchtime commencement which will also be shown live.
Last season, Celtic started with a 4-2 win over Ross County in Glasgow on August 5. Rodgers’ men brought down the curtain on their twelfth success in 13 years with a 3-2 win over St Mirren on Flag Day at Parkhead on May 18.
The Hoops are now focused on their 55th crown with skipper Callum McGregor aiming to achieve double figures in his personal medal haul.
The Viaplay League Cup Final is scheduled for Hampden on Sunday December 15 while the Scottish Cup Final has yet to be confirmed. Most likely date is May 24.
