CELTIC’S Premiership encounter kick-off against St Mirren in Paisley on Saturday September 5 has been switched to 8pm.
The start was originally scheduled for 3pm, but has been pushed back with Sky Sports announcing live coverage of the game.
The match against last Season’s Premier Sports League Cup Final conquerors is part of the Hoops’ hectic start to the new season with the first leg of the Champions League play-off qualifiers against LASK due in Glasgow on Tuesday August 19 with the return in Austria six days later.
There is also a League Cup opener against Dundee at Tannadice on Saturday August 15 which will begin at 5.45pm.
The match against the Saints will be Celtic’s fifth in their quest for a sixth successive title.
Martin O’Neill’s men got off to a winning start with Benjamin Nygren’s points-clinching header against Dundee on Monday evening and will take on Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on Sunday with a 1.30pm kick-off.
Falkirk will be the visitors on Saturday August 29 with a traditional 3pm start before the Hoops travel to Pittodrie to face Aberdeen on Wednesday September 2 with a 7.45pm commencement.
And then Craig McLeish’s Paisley side are next up on the Saturday evening.
