CELTIC are poised to seal their £3.5million pursuit of PSV teenager Joel van den Berg.
The highly-rated Dutch Under-19 international captain is due to undergo a medical before the deal is rubberstamped.
Van den Berg has been on the Hoops’ radar as they attempt to strengthen the midfirled after selling Arne Engels to West Ham for £22million and allowing Paulo Bernardo to move on loan to Gornik Zabrze.
