Totally agree with your assessment of the scouting network, i maybe naively think we are not getting value for money here, we have a wage bill of £40m/€50m which i mentioned last week is higher than most in La Liga except the top 4, same with Italy etc. I am more convinced with the loan system if its to test the water and reduce deadwood which after yesterday we are carrying a bit of. I am beginning to warm to RD, not fully convinced yet, but he is beginning to box clever after the shambles of Legia and has been forthright in his shortcomings. If we can get through on Tuesday it sets us up nicely for this year, a bit like scrooge we got a look at the mood for this year and the consequences of not getting there.

Meanwhile at hampden on the same night Queens Park take on Sevco in the Scottish Communities cup.
While this is worth a huge laugh, I cannot believe the Scottish football body and the police are allowing this to happen on the same night
The traffic is bad enough on champions league night without seeing ra peepil in their buses on the same roads in and around Glasgow

Was in on Wed there with BT, HT & Lionsroars so was a good night and plenty of good celtic craic. With the result i was happy enough and BT topped it off with the jersey he was kind enough to get his father and the remaining Lisbon Lions to sign on my behalf when John was over in Lisbon, its something i always wanted, will need to get it framed now.
