CELTIC are preparing to launch their bid for the 55th crown in the club’s glorious history.

Brendan Rodgers’ side will embark upon their attempt for a fourth successive title with a game against Kilmarnock at Parkhead on Sunday August 4.

The Hoops will raise the flag against the Ayrshire club live on Sky Sports and their second game, away to Hibs a week later, is also live with a lunchtime kick-off.

They host the first derby of the season when Philippe Clement’s side travel across the city at the end of August.
