CELTIC SCOTTISH CUP DRAW UPDATE

0

CELTIC will discover their fate when the Scottish Cup fifth round draw is made around 10pm this evening – if there is no extra-time or penalty-kicks involved at Dens Park.

The holders will have to wait until after the outcome of the Tayside derby between Dundee and Dundee United before the ballot will take place.

Brendan Rodgers’ side cleared the first hurdle with their 2-1 win over Kilmarnock at Parkhead on Saturday night courtesy of strikes from Callum McGregor and Daizen Maeda.

WHO’S NEXT? Alistair Johnston on the look-out after last season’s Scottish Cup Final success.

As well as the Rugby Park outfit, two other top-flight sides, Motherwell and Ross County, are out of the competition.
