CELTIC will add Chelsea’s teenage striker Shim Mheuka to their recruits before the transfer deadline on Thursday.
Midfielders Oliver Sorensen, from Parma, and PSVs Joel van der Berg plus Wolves keeper Sam Johnstone are already on their way, as CQN reported earlier today.
Now the highly-rated 18-year-old frontman will undergo a medical in London today before heading across the border to sign a season-long loan deal at the Hoops, according to Sky Sports.
Mheuka has been impressive coming through the academy ranks at Stamford Bridge and just last month the England youth international agreed terms on a new contract to keep him at the club until summer 2033.

The forward was named Premier League 2 Player of the Season last term after Chelsea won the youth league title. He scored 18 goals in 19 appearances and captained the Under-21 side during the campaign.
Mheuka may get an early opportunity to show his skills at the champions with back-up frontman Callum Osmand injured while there are still question marks over Johnny Kenny’s future at the club.
The youngster could even get the nod from Martin O’Neill to feature in the matchday squad for the Premiership encounter against Aberdeen at Parkhead tomorrow night.
Kasper Hogh, who missed the 2-1 win over Falkirk at the same venue on Saturday with an injury, didn’t train at Lennoxtown this morning and must be a huge doubt to face the Dons.
Camilo Duran, two-goal marksman at the weekend, is poised to lead the attack again and there could be a place on the bench for Muheuka.
