    hope the wee mhan is ok that was ,from where i sit, a premeditated act of thuggery..it looked almost like he was aiming at Kyogos dodgy shoulder and missed……no red card no var he then proceeded to rampage about the pitch!

    Well- a few of our summer 2023 , project, prospect, deadwood, not-as-good-as-the-guys-they-replaced, soon to be sold at a loss, signings, actually did very well (again) today.

     

     

    Take a bow Palma, Yang, Odin and Iwata.

     

     

    Hope to see Nawrocki follow them in the next month in challenging for a place.

    Palma has little pace but he can, like Guppy, get a quick half yard clear to whip in a left foot cross to add to his already spectacular trick of drifting in and letting loose a right foot shot. He also can score with a pen (I have been shouting about giving him this task for a while).

     

     

    He may not be as good as Jota but……… he is more versatile and pretty damn good

    Seriously for me just as Tuesday (refereeing aside ) showed we have a tough job to step up and play top teams who play top teams most weeks domestically, today showed what a different sport it is that we play at home. Camped in Aberdeens final 3rd for 85 minutes. It simply emphasizes the challenge of the different playing environments.

    I missed the entire match due to another appointment at 2.30, who organises something at 2.30 on a Sunday? We’ll, apparently the SPFL and my appointment, what’s the chances? Anyway what a win look forward to watching back.

    I always try to get in to see the Celt’s warming up as, IMHO, we have a seriously good team in the making.

     

     

    It is their style of play that is Magical to watch.

     

     

    That last 20ish minutes was awesome.

     

     

    It was a bit mad in 401 as when the Sun was out it was roasting but when the Sun wisnae there it was well chilly.

    Seemed to me there was more of a difference in class between us and Aberdeen and between us and Athletico.

     

     

    Palma’s cross for Oh was simply class. Football as I payed it in my imagination when I was a wee bhoy.
