Lustig shot deflected in, after Armstrong and Hayes contrived to crest the shooting room from 20 yards.

  2. If SS could improve his finishing he could break 40 goals in a season for us.

He’s a big player in our team. I like him a lot and think he brings a lot to our team but his finishing lets him down at times .

Will be interesting to see if Brendan can get an improvement in that area going forward,I won’t be surprised to see it.

    Yer a star,bud!

I was in The Groves earlier, watching the oul El Crapico. I hope you had a pleasant evening there watching our Hoooooopy Heroes beating Anderlecht.

Matter of fact, what a result, you can come back any time!!!!!

Really impressed by the new signing’s first press conference. Mature, confident but not arrogant, professional. Think he will be a big help to our younger players. If he does as well on the park, he will be a great signing!

Good first half and Celts with the bulk of play except for a five minute spell when Aberdeen threatened.

Tight contest where any win will do but we need to find a more clinical finish to chances created, neat move by BR to start Hayes who is playing very well.

  6. Enjoyed first half. Thought Ajer did well, he could be playing himself into a regular slot at centre half.

Also felt Hayes & Dembele did well & KT looks a bit more like the bhoy we know he is.

Happy to be one up but game far from done & dusted.

  7. BIG-CUP-WINNERS on

Good first half, an interesting game, with the real battle on the middle. Well won by Broony and co. Aberdeen far from out of the match though. The created a real chance that Ajer, just got to before Rooney (?).

Ajer has a real chance now. Maybe the main man will stick with him.

The super must learn that no player’s pass rate is 100%. None.

Their passion too often turns into counter-productive abuse.

Scott Sinclair is now “a f***y” in the opinion of two spoilt brats around me. Ingrates.

Aberdeen need to change at HT. Well see soon enough what that brings. They had some joy on our right first 45.

There’s a red card in the second.

Ha, sure did. Nice place for watching the games, even managed to post the goals from there too.

  9. Sinclair has had chances which would have put this game way beyond Aberdeen.

Aberdeen keeper did well to block his one on one when he was through.

Dithered a wee bit with one chance and was crowded.

Happily he has the confidence to try again.

I expect him to score this half.

Maybe Gerry Rafferty wrote his early classic at Celtic Park.

Clowns to the left of me,jokers to the right.

Been there, but I’m not telling which of the three was me.
