Perhaps Ronny feels he needs to rest Izzy ahead of the Molde game, and playing Tierney & Forrest today suggests he’s going with Izzy and Armstrong on Thursday.
I’d rather see Tierney get another 90 mins with Armstrong ahead of him, as the two combined really well v Dundee Utd. That would save Forrest – for me one of the best choices ahead of Izzy – for the Molde’s visit.
After his performance v Hearts, Rogic has been given the no.10 spot – hope he and Griffiths continue in the same vein as Thursday night. So far, I’ve thought Ciftci the better partner for Rogic, and Commons’ vision at no.10, despite the feeble first 60 mins v Hearts, more ideally suited to Griffiths’ runs.
Key players today – Commons in attack, Boyata in defence.
Concerns – McInnes will have noticed Simunovic’s weakness in aerial challenges. Hope it’s just teething problems and he tightens things up at the back.

A lot to look forward to today.
Think we will win but even a loss wouldn’t be a disaster.
Would like to see Rogic really push on and progress today.

KIERAN Tierney will start for Celtic in their top-of-the-table clash with Aberdeen today (Saturday) as Ronny Deila makes two changes to the side following the midweek win over Hearts.
The 18-year-old steps in for Emilio Izaguirre to make his fifth start of the current campaign and his seventh appearance for the champions as the Bhoys host second-placed Dons at Paradise in today’s lunchtime kick-off.
Tom Rogic, who scored in Wednesday’s League Cup quarter-final victory at Tynecastle, is in the starting XI, with Stuart Armstrong dropping to the bench.
Celtic hold a strong record of four wins in their last five meetings with Derek McInnes’ side, and Ronny Deila will be keen to add to that record today where victory would give the Bhoys a seven-point lead in the SPFL Premiership over their closest rivals.
Kick-off is 12.30pm and there will be pre-match build-up and live in-game updates on the official Celtic Twitter account @celticfc

Aberdeen have had an entire week to prepare for this fixture they will be fresh and up for it, this is far from an easy fixture. However we are Celtic and this is a great chance to extend our lead at the summit of the SPL.
If I was in charge I would draw them out and exploit their vulnerable defence on the turn.
Hail Hail.

Only surprise for me is Armstrong on bench. Thought he put in a great shift against Hertz. So many things to look forward to. Will Tierney, Rogic & Jozo kick on. Will Allan get a run. Really excited about this game.
