According to radio Mc Ginn has agreed to sign for Aston Villa as he has been offered much more cash than Celtic offered. On John McGinn, if he choses Villa over Celtic whether he sees this as football reasons or monetary then I’m happy for him to sign there rather than for us. If he is not confident enough to back himself to get a starting position (and improved contract) or thinks the championship will develop him more than playing for Celtic then not for me.
Still at least we have a new sound system and some new lights.

I don’t know better than Brendan of course…However I feel that if john mcginn wanted to sign for celtic he could have.
Perhaps Brendan is unhappy with a variety of transfer window issues not just Mcginn….But I do not feel that the hibs player was worth being one of our top earners which he clearly will be on a parallel with now hes taken the aston villa dosh…….big celtic fan that he is like lol

KIERAN Tierney and Jack Hendry have both been recalled to the starting XI by Brendan Rodgers for tonight’s UEFA Champions League third qualifying round first-leg clash with AEK Athens.
The pair come back into the team at the expense of Jozo Simunovic and Jonny Hayes, who both drop to the bench following Saturday’s 3-1 win over Livingston in the opening league game of the season.
Tom Rogic, Odsonne Edouard and Olivier Ntcham, all scorers in the weekend win, will all start for the Scottish champions, who will be aiming to harvest a positive result to take to Greece for the return match next Tuesday.
It will be a milestone moment for Scott Brown tonight as the Hoops skipper makes his his 100th appearance in European competition – his 95th for Celtic.
Kick-off in Paradise is 7.45pm. Head to @celticfc for all the pre-game build-up and live match updates as the Bhoys aim to take another step towards the group stages of the competition.
