big 45 mins ahead, AEK are very good technically
still the same issues …. we dont move the ball forwrd quickly enough most of the time …. as a result, dont create as many clear chances as our possession numbers would suggest we should …. we saw with the AIK goal just how much speed kills …
having said that, we were the better team by some distance …. but will need to translate that into goals in the second half….

Another 45 mins to go at Celtic Park and 90 minutes in Athens. No contest, we are in a different league as a footballing team. Not even sweating this one as we are far superior on every blade of grass. Good goal against the run of play, it happens…☘️

I love Brendan but he seems to have a blindspot about the defence.
We never seem to be looking for defenders. We let Erik and izzy go with no replacements that we assumed were coming and going to be an improvement. We always seem to be associated with wide players. We are covered in that area…we need a good old head in there to bring our young boys through.
