HT Celtic 1-0 Arbroath
Arbroath giving a decent account of themselves. We all have a better appreciation these days of how tough it is to beat the teams in the lower divisions in Scotland. The difference in quality is not what it used to be, say, 1 year ago.
Lenny will be disapointed that we have not created much going forward. Arbroath have packed their central defence so the way through has to be down the wings. McGeough and Chalmers need to do more on their respective wings.
Ibrahim has looked good in posession. He also works very hard off the ball. I would push Chalmers much higher up the park to let him get more involved. Good to see Thomas back in the line up.
Decent run out for the Bhoys. A chance to knock the ball around without being under any pressure. Arbroath need to come out now and try and score so expect to see a few more opportunities second half. Don’t expect a cricket score but another 2 or 3 will do nicely.
