Ange Ball , Rony Roars , just crowd pleasers short term….zonal marking, playing out from the back etc etc….these are gimmicks which are not sustainable for us.

Keep on saying it,Rogic, Turnbull can’t play together.. They are walking through that midfield.Not only for the monumental fek up for the goal,but what is Turnbull bringing to the team.He is passing the buck,not tackling,hiding..Again,great break,Turnbull gives it away.

exactly FAIRHILL BHOY – I’m ok with Ange philosophy but we don’t have the players to it yet. we lack strength and pace back to middle.
We would do better as a counter attack team with the pace we have up front

up against a quality outfit, but we don’t help ourselves by our poor defending, individuals giving ball away needlessly looking to make a hospital pass other than clearing their lines , our midfield not helping defence ,starfelt very uncomfortable passing ball sideways and backwards looks more assured passing forward.

This is just embarrassing watching this. They are just toying with us, treating us with contempt. How can these useless wankers in the Director’s box watch this crap without cringing? I think McKay’s “personal reasons” were wishing not to be associated with this farrago of incompetence.
If his mistake was ‘largish’, I assume all the mistakes made by Lawwell were ‘weeish?’ Yeah, right you are.

Notice how their fullbacks do not drop into the middle. They mark the wingers, denying our midfield an out ball. Simple.
We do NOT, I will repeat NOT have the players who can defend against a team like Bayer, or anyone else for that matter, wtf eff is he supposed to do, park the bus and get spanked, or go for it, give me go for it any day.
Lack of depth in midfield squad the main problem. Rogic and turnbull should have been dropped after their appalling performances at the weekend. And they’ve continued where they left off. Starfelt can’t pass a ball.
Our soft centre, Turnbull and Rogic offer little going forward, nothing in defence. Their 2nd goal has Ralston losing the ball near their box, our left side wide open, a couple of passes goal.
5 a side defending isn’t working in the SPFL in Europe against the team sitting 2nd in Germany is just plain madness

What exactly was I blaming Sutton for? I was criticising his comments.
If Ange leaves both Rogic and Turnbull on at the start of the second half he isn’t seeing the game we are.

What German TV is saying: First of all they were in awe of the fans and the support and the noise. Are impressed by Kyogo and Jota. But they say our two full backs are playing too much in the middle and getting too far forward and so are leaving massive gaps. They say “the criticism of Postegoclu is that he has no plan B (apart from attack). We’ll see if he has one in the second half.”
Being booed off the park will certainly help the boys.
