    Thanks for responding. No go anywhere.

    Last few games of last season it looked like CelticTV were putting individual viewer numbers on the corner of each feed. This enabled them to track which of the subscribers were broadcasting the feeds.

    Looks like the message has been received and no one is broadcasting

  4. Seriously, who would put that hat on their weans head!,

    A woman had to be rescued by firefighters

    after getting her arm trapped inside a dog

    waste bin as she tried to retrieve a child’s hat.

    The 39-year-old spent 25 minutes jammed in

    the box at a play park in Perth’s Letham area.

    She had put her hand in the bin to try and

    retrieve a baseball cap outside Letham Centre

    sports hall.

    However, she ended up completely trapped

    and the fire service had to be called to free

    her.

    Clunks,

    Didn’t know that.

    I’m sure someone will find a way round it.

    Cheers for the radio info. Thought it was a media blackout.

    I really want Stokes to do well at Celtic he needs to start taking these chances. If Balde had played the same way so far in the second half people would be wanting him out.

  7. Resolution (and supporting statement) proposal for the 2013 Celtic Plc AGM under the terms of the Companies Act.

    This AGM requests the Board exercise our option contained in the Procedural Rules Governing the UEFA Club Financial Control Body Article 10, to bring to the attention of the UEFA Club Financial Control Body, the licensing administration practices of the SFA and request they undertake a review and investigation into the SFA’s implementation of UEFA & SFA license compliance requirements, with regard to qualification, administration and issuance of license to compete in UEFA competitions since the introduction of UEFA’s FFP requirements.

    Supporting Statement

    We the undersigned request this course of action from our corporate representation on the board in line with corporate law. We consider the SFA governance has displayed a disregard for the rules and ethos of fair play, contradicted previous mission statements, acted in contravention to the ethos of the spirit and rules of fair play expected and outlined in FIFA, UEFA & SFA Rules, Regulations and Supplementary documents to which they became signatories, such as;

    FIFA Code of Conduct Article 3 – Eleven principals for behavior and conduct of the FIFA family.

    FIFA Standard Cooperation Agreement of 2004 Article 2.1 – Basic Principals, which states;

    The basic principals governing the organization, administration and financing of football are as follows: football statutes and regulations, democratic election of governing bodies, legality, competence, dignity, probity, mutual respect, responsibility, trust, communication, transparency, fair play, solidarity, protection of sportsmen and sportswomen’s health and promotion of friendly relations.

    A number of recent examples of this including but not limited to the following;

    1. Secret cross governance agreements, which took place during the preparation and contrary to the ethos of their published mission statement Scotland United A 20/20 Vision, regarding trust and respect as part of the future governance of the sport.

    Further this agreement is in direct contravention of the FIFA Standard Cooperation Agreement of 2004 Article 2.1 Basic Principals, which identifies Associations responsibilities as above.

    2. Unprecedented transfer of membership to an unqualified new club, facilitating queue jumping into the lower professional set-up, detrimental to qualifying clubs.

    3. Participation of a new club in domestic competition without proper registration compliance.

    4. The participation of the SFA, in an inquiry they refused to undertake, on the grounds that the SFA required to be neutral, as they maintained they are the appellate authority.

    These in our opinion are just some of the more blatant contradictions to the ethos and spirit of fair play, however, far more serious and the main thrust of this resolution is the issuance by the SFA of a license to participate in European Competition, to a club who did not qualify on a number of grounds, not least the non-payment of social taxes, a decision that had a direct financial impact on our clubs financial well being.

    Our concern is directed at the governance of the game, the SFA, and its apparent partiality; we wish to eliminate the opportunity for possible future indiscretions and believe this problem requires immediate action. We have no confidence in the SFAs governance within the current framework to satisfy our concerns and therefore request the Board supports this resolution.

    If the Board cannot support this resolution, we request a written explanation within 1 month of the date of the AGM, justifying your reticence and explaining why there was no financial impact to our club or license issuance irregularities if that is your contention.

    We ask you to support this resolution and the written statement above circulated to shareholders in advance of the meeting, in the interests of a stronger Celtic
