The ref and lino made a right cock up just before half time, the ball going out by about a yard, no flag and then the ref gives a soft/not foul.

Re Season tickets.
A couple of points .
Unlike Man Utd , I believe officially the Celtic ST is not transferable. In other words you cannot legitimately give it to friends or family. It is part of the terms and conditions and the ticket can be withdrawn for any breach.
This will be a deterrent to some supporters.
Crazy kick off times that are subject to change at the drop of a hat.
This is also a deterrent to regular attendance, especially to those travelling from a distance.
Perhaps some supporters irk should be directed at the perpetrators of the two above deterrents.
I would also imagine that any complainers are on the ST waiting list. If not, why not ?

The clause in the Season Card terms & conditions about it being non-transferable is another Health & Safety requirement.

It is not Tom.
Issue of the safety certificate and the application form have nothing in them relating to a persons personal data (my name, address, seat number etc etc) having to be passed on to the council before a certificate could be issued.
Celtic PLC however, probably with insistance (or collusion with) from the Police have decided for themselves that “tickets are non-transerrable”. as being part of the terms of a sale and for attending the ground (ground regulations).
The “records” that Celtic , have to provide are around seating capacity, match day attendances, number of stewards per attendance, maintainence of electrical installations and infrastructures, fire exits, escape routes, emergency procedures, emergency lighting etc etc etc.
I could argue that on the day of the Janefield crush incident several aspect of the safety plan failed.

8. SAFETY CERTIFICATE APPLICATIONS AND INFORMATION REQUIRED
The format of an application for a General Safety Certificate or Special Safety Certificate for a
Designated Sports Ground and for a general safety certificate or special safety certificate for
a Regulated Stand are set out in the 1987 Regulations and 1988 Regulations respectively.
Application forms for a Special/special safety certificate under either the 1975 Act or 1987 Act
and a general safety certificate under the 1987 Act are on the Council’s website at
Applications are processed through the Council’s Licensing Department. The Council must
provide the chief officer of Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and the Building
Authority with a copy of any application received. It will also formally consult them about the
terms and conditions of the certificate. The normal route for this consultation will be through
a Safety Advisory Group meeting.
The application should be accompanied by detailed information as to structure, capacity and
safety management systems. The Council may, by writing, require the applicant to submit
within a reasonable period such additional information and plans it considers necessary to
enable it to determine what terms and conditions to include

After giving up my season book for not getting to all games last season due to ill health I immediately regreted it because I wanted to pass it on to the fella who sits next to me for his bhoy.
He was on the waiting list , and got the email he was selected, after relocations had concluded.
The day he got advised he was offered a seat and went on line within minutes of the email. to select a seat.
He knows my seat is up for grabs next to his family ………. except it was not made “available” no wee green dot on my seat.
Puzzled we concluded, someone must have picked it off in relocations, oh well,
He selected another in 122, close to his dad.
Having attended 3 games now this season – NO ONE HAS TURNED UP FOR MY OLD SEAT, so keiran has sat in it anyways.
As an aside I had that seat for 6 years, and been in several seats across the lower tier in the near 30 years since we returned. Now bizarelly right at the corner tunnel where the polis cos a nuisance for the viewing attendee, there were two seats on their own, prime real estate i always thought, but not in 6 years did anyone turn up to sit in them, but on public sale days, you could not buy them either.
So there is something systemically wrong in how some seats are not being offered up or occupied.
If someone has bought these seats and just decided I am never going but I want to make a contribution, well fine but, they are denying someone else physical attendnace. Celtic PLC Ticketing operations should be able to see when a card is scanned.
If there are 1,000 or so non attendees go ask them why they dont come, and in the polite way Man United say it
“is a season card really the best option for you when others want in but cannot get a ticket ?”
Finally,
I tried to join the Waiting list. this was duirng the summer, I was emailed that the waiting list is NOT OPENED FOR NEW APPLICANTS. Bizarre.
